He was born in 1962, received his university education in Belgrade, and attended postgraduate studies in Germany. He is happily married, the father of nine children.

He studied the method with the founder Bert Hellinger. With his support and blessing, in 2004, he took the steps of a mission of love and reconciliation for Belgrade.
Bert Hellinger, Vlado’s teacher for many years and friend, suggests to Vlado to translate his book Acknowledging what is from German into Serbian, and thus take steps that no one before him has taken in the area of the Balkans, the land of heaven and hell. Honeyed lands soaked in blood (perhaps with the blood of the dragon Typhon who was struck by Zeus with a thunderbolt on Mount Helm) according to the Turkish bal=honey and kan=blood, a hive of bees with a queen, i.e. bee hive of mothers, matriarchy based on the documents of the Vinca script or the great mother, according to the Celtic Balkhan…
Prof. Vlado Ilic translates Bert Hellinger’s book from German to Serbian. This is followed by the promotion of the book Acknowledging what is at the Belgrade City Library. Bert Hellinger attends and leads a three-day seminar at the Faculty of Teachers in Belgrade, which the participants already call the Peace Congress. With his presence, Hellinger very clearly and transparently confirms to the general public the support he selflessly provides to Vlado Ilic. A year later, Hellinger comes to Belgrade to support the next Peace Congress, organized by Vlado Ilic and his team of associates, with top lecturers, world renown in the field of reconciliation and healing (monk Dr. Fr. David Steindl Rast, Marko Pogacnik and many others). Hellinger points out the importance of the mission and Vlado’s work on the territory of Serbia, but also beyond. In the same year, Hellinger also supports the gathering in Opatija and Slovenia, after which he no longer appears in the areas of the former Yugoslavia, saying that Serbia and its surroundings are in the safe hands of Vlado Ilic.

Vlado Ilic is responsible for the fact that the method saw the light of day in our region. He himself makes more contributions to the development of the family constellations method. He creates a unique concept of education and a program of guided meditations. There are also intensive programs, summer and winter intensives lasting 8 days, as well as online interactive constellations.
A special contribution to the development of constellation work is reflected in parallel constellations that are uniquely facilitated only by Vlado. He also integrates the elements of shamanism, in which he himself grew up and inherited from his great-grandmother shaman.
Through seminars, workshops, educational groups and publications, he conveys the message of love, reconciliation and healing throughout the region: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Slovenia, in Europe Germany, Austria, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria and North America USA and Canada.
He is the author of the book Culture of Conflict, which had 10 editions and was translated into English. He also created a program of unique guided meditations that can help us on our way to transformation and healing.
The order of love for me is more than a method. It is a kind of School of Life, through which many natural and simple laws of life can be learned, universal cosmic laws that are increasingly forgotten and become alien to us in the modern way of life filled with haste.
Through the family unconscious, and behind it the collective unconscious or, in other words – the Field of Universal Knowledge – we are connected to the entire living world. Which we often forget when observing the way we relate to air, water, earth, other people and, in general, all beings.
It is often a relationship without gratitude and love, supported not only by ubiquitous media manipulation, but also by manipulation by our loved ones, who often with the “best intentions” impose on us so-called generally accepted beliefs that are far from both the truth and reality, and we accept them and even defend as if they were our own.
The School of Life is here for the brave ones who take responsibility for their lives and the lives of their children, want transformation and are aware that Love is necessary in this life Here and Now.
Love that has a future is not a privilege, it is here, open to all of us. The more we share it, the more of it there is.
