Imagine that you grew up in a family where you were faced with the unhappiness, suffering and dissatisfaction of your parents every day. Patterns of behavior acquired in the family are passed on to the next generations.
If you were already fed up with it in childhood, you can make a promise to yourself that you will never be like your father or your mother. You can spend your whole life trying to prove that you are different and above all better. But as time goes on, you will be more and more aware of the fact that you recognize in yourself or in your partner exactly those qualities that you hated the most in your father or mother. It may happen that you recognize your father or mother in the mirror.
The solution lies in strengthening the family, that basic source of our energy and strength. When in such a way we regain confidence in ourselves, trust and confidence in the love that flows to us from our ancestors through our parents, we will not have to frantically seek compensation from outside, in the current glare of artificial light.
Love that holds a future is not the privilege of the special ones. It is here, open to all.

These imprints largely determine our life path, contribute to the self-creation of our own destiny, and often come to the surface through blockages in partner relationships, in relationships with parents, brothers, sisters, children, at work, in career, money, or we recognize them in feelings of guilt, lack , feeling as if something is missing, fear…
Faced with life’s crises, we fail to get to the root of the problem, so we are forced to repeat it often and painfully. The core of our problems can be hidden in a difficult experience and unresolved feelings that we went through during our childhood, in our youth and throughout our lives, or the pain reached us due to trauma experienced by our parents, grandparents, or distant ancestors.
