Irrational fears and taking over the victim’s energy are often the result of suppressed transgenerational trauma. Although we are trying to suppress them, the memory of the war sufferings, which are constantly repeated in our regions, remains deeply imprinted in the body and soul of the survivors and is passed down from generation to generation. But, as well, other types of trauma, such as the murder or loss of parents, siblings in early childhood, the loss of a loved one, a child or abortion, are just some of the many traumatic events that lead to a blockage of life energy. In order to survive the great pain they left behind, they are deeply suppressed, sometimes also forgotten. But that’s where problems arise. K. G. Jung saw that all which is suppressed grows into a shadow and becomes destiny, coming to the surface when we least expect it.
At the same time, whether we are aware of it or not, we are in the middle of a war in many fields. Not only because material well-being is based on war and the war industry. The battlefield in which we are all the main actors is deep inside us, at home, in our families, at the table and on the table, in our food, in agriculture, in medicines, whose use is suggested by well-developed marketing tricks by chemical and pharmaceutical industry. There is a violation of the basic laws of life.
The good news is Transformation is possible. A clear decision YES is needed. Together we are participants and witnesses to the creation of a new age, the age of the Integrate.
